You stay in control

Confirmation before any action

Every tool tells your assistant whether it reads, adds, modifies or sends something to a person, so it asks you before acting. Actions show up in Kynto like any other.

Your permissions, your organization

The assistant only sees the organization you authorized, with your Kynto role and the jobs you can access.

Revoke at any time

In Kynto, Settings > Integrations > AI assistants. Access tokens last one hour and renew for up to 60 days without use.

Decisions stay yours

Kynto is a decision-support tool: rejecting, hiring or scoring a candidate remains a human decision.

Your data

  • • The connector only returns what your request needs, from your organization.
  • • What your assistant receives is processed by its provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral AI...) under your agreement with that provider.
  • • Kynto never reads your conversations with the assistant, only the requests it sends to the connector.
  • • Each request is logged (account, tool, date) for security, and the log is deleted after 12 months.
  • • Text written by candidates or prospects is returned as data, never as instructions.

Troubleshooting

  • • The connection fails or loops back to sign-in: remove the connector and add it again.
  • • A tool says you have no access: check the organization you authorized and your Kynto role. Read-only access cannot act.
  • • New tools do not appear in Mistral: refresh the connector's tools.
